OUR PREFERRED METHOD

Use this Shopping Program

and COMPLETELY fill out the Order Form with your

NAME, ADDRESS, HOME PHONE, and E-MAIL ADDRESS.

(You wouldn't believe the number of orders we get with no way

to track where they came from!)

Fill out every Section EXCEPT the Credit Card Information

Then Call Us at: 508-755-2674 and leave your payment information on the

Voice Mail System ( If operator is unavailable).

Make Sure you leave your Name, Address and Home Phone when Calling!!!!

There is NO NEED to repeat the order over the phone-we will confirm your

order through e-mail.

We will hold all checks up to 3 weeks for clearance.

If your in a hurry...Make your Payments with a

Credit Card, Money Order, or Postal Money Order!

  

We charge (and collect) a $25 bad check fee on ALL

returned checks. All future orders will have to be made

with Cash Equivalents ( Money Orders, Cashiers check, etc..)

Shipping & Handling Information

We ship via Priority Mail (Or other US Mail) Only!

2 to 3 working days for US delivery after we ship it 

and these are the rates for packages

weighing less than 5 LBS

For all 50 US States

Estimate 10% of your order total. A handling fee of $2.45 will be applied in addition to shipping charges.

Additional weight (over 4 lbs) -please estimate $2 per additional pound.

We reserve the right to ship by Parcel Post for "Heavy and Bulky" packages

Retail Backorder Information

Most orders will be shipped out within 48 hours of

receiving payment.

If we're out of stock, we will do our

best to have it re-ordered, back in our stock, and shipped out

to you within 14 Working Days.

If we cannot get the item to you within 14 working days,

 will cancel your out of stock item. BUT.....that rarely

ever happens....so....DON'T WORRY ABOUT IT!

For Special Orders: Please allow up to 30 working days

(We can usually get special orders to you in 14 working days or less)

Retail Return Information

We want you happy PERIOD.

If something is wrong with your order, we will fix it promptly.

You may return any item for any reason within 30 days

of your invoice date.

 All items must be returned in the same quality

and quantity as received and accompanied by the original invoice.

NO returns will be accepted after 30 days of invoice date!

A phone call to us will not extend this period.

We do not accept returns of:

Special Order Items,

Custom Length of Chain, or Items Used or Worn.

Special Order Items = Any item not listed at this website or

listed in our catalog- Inquire if your not sure.

Exchanges are acceptable on regular stock items- You pay additional shipping.

We allow NO high grading of ANY Beads.

(Our definition of high grading: Ordering an assortment-

Picking out the most expensive styles, color preferences, etc.,

and returning the remaining balance for a refund/exchange.)

WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS RETURNED

TO US THAT DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS.

WE WILL NOT PAY THE SHIPPING CHARGES TO

RETURN THOSE ITEMS TO YOU AND THEY

WILL BE DISCARDED 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT HERE.

Shipping/Handling & Insurance is not refundable.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Shortages must be claimed within 48 hours-

You may be required to file a claim with the

US Postal service for shortage claims.

If you receive a shipment in damaged or broken

condition, do not refuse it! File a claim with

the Express Company, or Freight line that delivered the

shipment. They are responsible for damage

or loss during shipping.

They will pick up the package, inspect it, and

return it to us.

Both outgoing and return shipping charges

will be billed to you for any refused

shipment along with a 20% restocking fee.

Your package is insured for the amounts
