EXCEPT the credit card information.

Then call in your Payment Information at:

and leave your Name, Address, Home Phone and Credit Card Information and Resale License/Federal Tax Id Info. There is NO NEED to repeat the order over the phone.

Payment Options

You can make payment with a Personal Check

or Business Check - We will hold all checks up to 3 weeks for clearance. We charge (and collect) a $25 bad check fee on ALL returned checks and Fraudulent Credit Card Charge Backs. All future orders will have to be made with Cash Equivalents ( Money Orders, Cashiers check.)

For FASTEST SERVICE make payments by Money Order,Cashier / Bank Check / Postal Money Order

Credit Cards

All orders made with a credit card are required to fill out our credit card acceptance form. We cannot process orders with your credit card without this form!

We ship via US Mail Only and these are the Priority Mail rate for a package weighing less than 4 LBS- and / or will fit into a flat rate envelope.

100.01 and up estimate 15% of order total

These are the maximum SH/INS/Handling Fees that will be charged.

Rates are for Priority Mail 2-3 Day Delivery

Out of country (USA) - Estimate 40% of order total. Estimate $3 for every additional pound above 4 LBS.

Shipping/Handling/Insurance payments that exceed actual are credited/refunded or not charged.

We reserve the right to ship by CHEAPEST WAY (i.e. Parcel Post) when shipping Heavy or Bulky Packages!

Back order Information

Back orders that are below $50 are not accepted. We do not pay shipping on backordered products. We will not back order unless you so specify. If an item ordered is crucial to your order—let us know in advance so we can check our supplies. Otherwise we will ship the order without the item you so desperately needed.

For Special Orders: please allow up to 30 working days.

Return Information

We want you happy PERIOD. If something is wrong with your order, we will fix it promptly.

You may return any item for any reason within 14 days of your invoice date. All items must be returned in the same quality and quantity as received. NO returns will be accepted after 14 days of invoice date! A phone call to us will not extend this period. Returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee or minimum $3 (whichever is greater).

We do not accept returns of: Special Order Items, Custom Length of Chain, or Items Used or Worn.

Special Order Items = Any item not listed at this website or listed in our catalog- Inquire if unsure.

Exchanges must be a part of a $75 minimum order.

WE ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ITEMS RETURNED TO US THAT DO NOT MEET THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS. WE WILL NOT PAY THE SHIPPING CHARGES TO RETURN THOSE ITEMS TO YOU AND THEY WILL BE DISCARDED 2 WEEKS AFTER RECEIPT HERE.

The "FINE PRINT"

Shipping/Handling & Insurance is not refundable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Shortages must be claimed within 48 hours- You may be required to file a claim with the US Postal service for shortage claims. If you receive a shipment in damaged or broken condition, do not refuse it! File a claim with the Express Company, or Freight line that delivered the shipment. They are responsible for damage or loss during shipping. They will pick up the package, inspect it, and return it to us. Both outgoing and return shipping charges will be billed to you for any refused shipment along with a 20% restocking fee. Your package is insured for the amount of your order - Required by your issuing credit company.
